Rather than ending with a prepared speech, he listens to the questions and uncertainties in the room and exchanges words in the moment. At the heart of Gen Hidemori’s lectures and training is genuine dialogue—not one-way communication.
Human problems rarely fit into neat categories. Instead of imposing an answer from the outside, he starts with each person’s reality and works toward an answer from there.
